Can I rearrange the menu bar item?

Yes, just hold ⌘ and drag the menu bar item.
I can't see any calendars or reminders.

Please open Apple's System Preferences and check the following:
Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> "Calendars" / "Reminders"
How can i change the first day of week?

System Preferences -> General (since macOS Ventura) -> Language & Region -> "First day of week".
